Thailand -- Pattaya Police Station investigated a case of attempted rape which occurred at an apartments building in North Pattaya in the early hours of Friday Morning.
A 34-year-old woman claimed a 25-year-old man had attempted to rape her 10 year old daughter. The suspect reportedly lives at the same apartment block.
The mother caught the suspect in the process of attempting to rape her young daughter as her 15 year old sister slept beside her.
The culprit claimed he was drunk and was not in control of his actions but did accept that he attempted to rape the young girl.
