Old dog, iron rod

Do I love stories like this? You bet!
The moral of today's lesson: Don't mess with people - not everyone is as fragile as it may seem!

A 60-year-old Norwegian ex-boxer name Aage Piltingsrud gave three young punks a lesson for life on Saturday.

After a trip to the local pub in Hoenefoss he was on his way home at around 5:30 p.m., walking to the nearest bus-stop.

Before he reached the bus-stop he was approached by a young man who walked by his side. The punk was in company with two other young males. Suddenly the youngster started to hit Mr. Piltingsrud with an iron rod.

The ex-boxer simply gave the assailant the beating of a life time - at the same time scaring the other two youngsters away.

According to Mr. Piltingsrud he gave the attacker "a hell of a beating", knocking him out cold.

After the battle, our hero had some minor injuries to his head. Rather than going to the hospital, he went home and washed the blood off.

Personally I'd like to shake his hand and thank him. I just hope the punk got all his teeth knocked out. I would also urge him and his cowardly friends to do us all a favor - disappear, will you? Preferably for good.
